Chris had his play on Thurs and Fri last week. He was AWESOME! He seems to bloom when he is performing. He has maintained for some time that he wants to be an actor.
The LO entitled "Date" is made from the May Commit2Paper Kit. Great paper. Wonderful weight and texture as well as the patterns themselves.
Lego fun is DD at about three.
Challange: Use "Date" as a "sketch" and scraplift. link back here.

The May Commit 2 Paper kit arrived on my doorstep a few days ago, but I have felt too bad to scrap at all till today. But today I made up for it!
Over the weekend I had a bad case of food posioning. Really....high fever and all. I am starting to feel recovered today. You know I was sick if I was too sick to scrap! Especially with new goodies!

Here is a photo of my son in costume for his drama production. They are doing "Our Town" and he is Dr. Gibbs. ( Gibbs being my favorite of the CSI,NCIS,etc bunch) HA!
Then I want to thank you all who come to visit here. I appreciate all your comments and hope you find something here that will inspire you to create!

a little work I did over the weekend.
Deep is some older Heidi Grace stuff called Paradise Point
Lucky is mostly Creative Imaginations with some Prima and October Afternoon thrown in for good measure
A Perfect Photo is from the newest Scraproom kit-Making Memories PP
Play is one where I experimented with using cardstock cut outs on top of base cardstock and then painted over it all with the same color paint. Rub ons are Doodlebug and letters are KI Memories.

The LO titled "Dream" is the updated version. I have looked and looked at this LO knowing something was missing but not sure what to add. I knew the butterfly needed more definition. I noticed that the PP had paisleys in it, so cut out two of those and put them on the chipboard. Then I added the good ole standby, stickles, and I think now I can say I am more satisfied.
The other two are simple Lo's done for challanges on OSU.

Been working on a variety of things lately. Wanted to combine some different birthdays to show growth. This was from a Page Maps sketch. Still have to journal on this one. Wanted to never forget the love and care that was poured out for me from my scrapping friends, therefore, the LO Love was born. After DD cooked dinner for me not long ago I remembered these photos of her with her play kitchen and pots and pot covers and wanted to connect these two ideas.
