I used washi tape, faux stitching, mostly red, arrows, and kraft accents. It is not easy to see the faux stitching in this photo but it is all around the patterned paper. I also used the sketch from "Stuck" which you can find here: http://stucksketches.blogspot.com/. Thanks for looking.
