Product Review-Viva 3D stamp paint

I reviewed Viva's 3D Stamp Paint on the Scrapbook Blessings Club blog today. On this finished project I used it with a stencil to make the border and I mixed some with a bit of water and used it as a mist to get the light blue tint on the white cardstock. You should try some.
