They're everywhere. The menu was basicly the same as for us. Only there was no Dr. Pepper in Russia.

No Dr. Pepper anywhere other than the States - although I think Wendrie can get it in the UK now.
McDonalds is like a plague - but I can tell you, when we were in Bangkok once and I was tired of Thai food, it was sooooo nice to get something I "knew", that was predictable tasting.
